We currently offer the following fitness services: body fat analysis, cardiovascular endurance analysis, equipment orientation, fitness assessment, flexibility analysis, general fitness consultation, sports-specific training analysis, strength and endurance analysis, and workout program design. Other services available include general fitness consultation and equipment orientation.
MassageOur Massage Therapist, Laurie, takes appointments on Tuesday from 11am-2pm by appointment only. Sessions start at 10 minutes for just $10. To book an appointment, please send your top 3 time choices and session length to
fitness@ico.edu.Fitness CoachDiscover the benefits of working with a Fitness Coach. From helping you with your workout plan to providing ongoing motivation and support, Fitness Coaches are dedicated to helping you achieve your specific fitness goals. We currently have a small staff of Coaches here to help you with your exercise program. Sessions are available on a first come first serve basis at no cost to students. To schedule a session, send your request to

Exercise DVDs & VideosCan’t make it to one of the group exercise classes? The Fitness Department and the Library have joined forces to bring you even more fitness choices. You can now find popular workouts like Pilates for Men, Crunch Kickbox Party, Red Hot Salsa, and lots more in the library. Now anytime is the right time to get in shape physically and mentally. See the Media Center in the library for information on checking out a dvd or vhs.
Bulletin BoardsThere are 4 fitness and wellness bulletin boards on campus. There is a bulletin board located at the men’s and women’s locker rooms, outside of the Fitness Center, and outside of the gym. The locker room bulletin boards contain information on gender specific health & wellness issues, while the board outside of the gym highlights group exercise & fit community events. Articles, brochures, pamphlets, and other reference materials on a variety of health and wellness topics are available free of charge.
